Trimble requires a notice of cancellation no later than ten (10) business days before the class start date. If less than ten (10) business days notice is given, a flat rate of $500 USD / €375 EUR / £350 GBP will be charged as a cancellation fee. No cancellations are accepted once the course begins.

All courses are subject to cancellation by Trimble for up to two weeks in advance of the course. We recommend that you make reservations (including airfare and hotel) that are changeable or refundable. In the event that a class is cancelled, Trimble will refund your registration fee in full, but is not responsible for the reimbursement of costs incurred due to cancelled travel plans.

Trimble requires notice of cancellation within two (2) weeks of scheduled class start date. If notice of cancellation is received less than ten (10) business days of class start date, the service provider will be charged a cancellation fee of $250 USD / €175 EUR / £155 GBP. In the event that a registered student fails to appear for a scheduled training class, a cancellation fee invoice will result.

Trimble's Obligation: Trimble reserves the right to cancel a service repair training class or remove a registered participant up to ten (10) working days before the training class commences. In the rare event that this might happen, Trimble will reimburse our distribution partner for any incurred expenses that are deemed 'non-refundable' or cannot be used for travel reservations at a later date. It is always recommended that accommodations (including airfare & hotel) are made utilizing full refundable reservations.
